Our client, a fabulous multi-national and well known FMCG company, is seeking a Co-ordinator/Administrator to join their busy team.
The role requires an advanced Excel user, however the core role is assisting and coordinating a very busy inbox of suppliers looking for assistance with Purchase Orders and enquires.
The majority of these requests come in via email, however they can also be called-in so we need someone who can help suppliers efficiently and accurately. All information and data raised will be captured and kept on a centralised Warehouse Management System (WMS).
This is an exciting and demanding opportunity to work with a very well-known business that offers the additional benefit of Working from Home (WFH) 4 days per week, with attendance to their site in Hemel Hempstead 1 day a week. They are located on the Hemel Hempstead Industrial estate so a car driver is preferred, however if local the following bus services does go there; 302, 320, 758, ML1, PB1.

Please note that good Excel knowledge is required for this support role so you will be required to complete and Excel assessment and some experience in Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPS is needed.
