Business Support Administrator
My client, a market leader within their niche industry, are currently seeking an Administrator to support the business throughout multiple sectors. This is an extremely exciting time to join the company as they are currently experiencing rapid growth and require a strong and highly organised team member to assist with the smooth running of the business.
• Updating the relevant team members on project and office matters.
• Liaising with management and ensuring works are scheduled appropriately
• Assisting multiple functions of the business with day to day duties including HR and finance departments.
• Answering calls and taking detailed/accurate messages
• Liaising with clients and suppliers
• Extensive team coordination
• Occasional travel and accommodation booking
• Data entry and regular updating of Excel spreadsheets
• Manage company emails
• Managing day to day office administration function
The ideal candidate will:
• Have 2 plus years’ experience in a similar position
• Be a strong communicator both written and verbal
• Be extremely organised and able to manage own workload
• Have strong IT skills particularly in Outlook and Excel
