Job title: Sales Support Administrator Salary: £18,000 - £19,000
Location: Hayes, Middlesex
This is an extremely busy sales administration role supporting the UK Account Managers and Sales Team. You will provide an important link between the sales personal and the customer. Customers include: high street retailers, fashion, on line and the independent chemist sector. However, the successful candidate will work primarily with the high street fashion retailers and liaise on a daily basis with all internal stake holders. A forever changing fast paced environment.
A proficient user of MS Office with advanced Excel is a must, you will be creating formulas, charts etc.
First class administration skills with the ability to think quickly, prioritise effectively and work to tight deadlines is also essential.
You must have plenty of initiative and also be able to use this when working independently.
You need to have a keen eye for detail to enable 100% accuracy in all work produced.
Confidence is a necessary for this role where you can show you handle a multitude of tasks and be proactive
Preparation of meeting including personalising Power Point presentations for customers’ coupled with printing and binding as well as sourcing any samples required.
Creating custom price lists and special price forms on internal systems.
Down loading group orders via an extranet system and tracking these through to successful delivery.
Support with the organisation of Sales Meeting, preparation of: brochures, price lists, samples, catering etc.
Sending literature to customers, new product updates, life style images, and presentations, POS.
Updating EPOS for high street retailers.
Distributing sale orders and raising purchase orders.
Responsible for departments stationery and presentation material as well as adhoc administration support.
