My client a busy specialist product company are now looking for an all-round administrator to support their Purchasing, Sales and Transport teams.

• Organising shipments to the UK and Europe
• Preparation of shipment quotes
• Phone communication with the suppliers and companies
• Processing purchase orders
• Administration for the in-house CRM system
• Aftersales care for all shipments
• Liaising with couriers and shipment suppliers
• Processing customer orders
• Preparing quotations
• Investigating claims for damaged products
• Issuing credit and debit notes
• Enthusiastic to learn and develop
• Strong telephone manner
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
