JOB TITLE: Sales Administrator SALARY: £20,000

My client is recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be need to be bright, extremely customer focused and well presented with some previous office experience, ideally in an agency.
It is essential that you have a proactive and flexible approach to work, as well as excellent communication skills, both face to face and over the phone. If you are a hungry individual who is keen to grow and learn, with some admin experience this could be ideal role for you. Meeting and greeting all clients and establishing their requirements.
Responding to all incoming enquiries.
First line support to the Sales and Letting negotiators as well as Property Manager with all their administration.
Coordinate the move in process across sales and lettings (once contracts have been exchanged)
PA Support to Branch Managers
Updating the in house database with new property/client details (Zebra and Focus)
Putting together property details, so excellent proof reading skills are essential
Sending out relevant communication to vendors and buyers.
Arrange quotes from pre-approved contractors and booking in
Invoicing plus adhoc administration support
Skills and experience required:
Excellent with both written and oral English/grammar.
Competent calendar knowledge on Outlook.
Proficient user of MS Office including Excel functions with fast accurate keyboard skills.
Good customer service skills face to face/greeting.
Contribute to a happy environment in the office with a flexible approach and a `can do’ attitude.
Naturally highly organised and comfortable in a fast paced environment.
