My client are looking for a confident enthusiastic communicator both via the phone and face to face who has sound knowledge of sales order processing. The ideal candidate will be highly numerate and confident with numbers and be comfortable with detail.
Key responsibilities include:
• Accurate input of customer orders onto SAP
• Customer account liaison and relationship development
• Order book management
• Deal with customer enquiries regarding stock availability, delivery, price and product specification
• Resolving price discrepancies and supply issues with related people
• Working as a communication channel between customer and production planning to resolve delivery issues
• Manage daily tasks, projects and KPIs allocated by line manager
• Send out weekly back order reports for dealers
• Completion of additional projects from line manager
• Support and maintenance of all relevant databases
