Job Title: Customer Service Executive Salary: £8.45ph/ £9886.50

Location: Harrow, Middlesex Hours: 4 x 9.30am - 2.30pm

1 x 3pm - 8pm

Our client, a market leader in a niche product are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join there ever busy customer service department.

The company are offering 28 days holiday including the bank holidays rising with service. Company pension scheme. Target driven bonus and generous employee discount of all products.

Key responsibilities:

• Order processing

• Working as part of a team to achieve company targets and standards

• Liaising with key accounts

• Updating and maintaining customer records

• Responsible for answering customer queries via phone and email

• Provide written response to customers to confirm outcome/action of their query

• Answering post sales queries

Ideal Candidate:

• 6 months to a year Customer Service Experience

• Keen eye for detail

• Quick to pick up product knowledge

• Strong, accurate data entry

• High Microsoft Office skills

• Order processing experience would be beneficial

• B2B experience desirable
