We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Coordinator to join a leading FMCG organisation on a permanent basis to work the Twilight shift. The role will suit someone who has a positive can-do attitude, is professional and prides themselves on providing excellent customer service.
Deal with customer queries, complaints and deliveries
Process orders via online and telephone with 100% accuracy
Raising returns and credits
Process bespoke orders, back orders and standing orders
Take responsibility to upsell promotional and new products on inbound calls
Undertake general administration duties within the Customer Services Department
Undertake any other ad hoc duties requested by Management
Previous customer service experience
Ability to work well under pressure and deliver
Possess excellent communications skills and can articulate well
Manage workload efficiently, prioritising deadlines
Previous experience with SAP is beneficial
Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
Attention to detail
Importantly you need to be able to work the following hours:
January to August
Sunday 7pm - Midnight
Monday to Thursday 2pm - 10.30pm
September to December
Sunday 4.30pm - Midnight
Monday to Thursday 2.30pm - 10.30pm
It is a 35 hour week and there is free on-site parking as well as an excellent benefits package which includes annual bonus and profit share as well as 24 days holiday plus bank holidays.
