Job Title: Customer Services Administrator Salary: £18,000

9 - 12 month FTC Location: Hayes

JOB ROLE:

• Process all telephone orders with 100% accuracy and efficiency

• Ensure all orders are shipped out in a timely manner and accurately

• Preparation of all documentation to accompany orders

• Preparation of transportation for orders via alternative methods

• Compiling of stock reports on a weekly basis

• Actioning all queries

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaising with customers through email with updates on orders and stock availability

• Booking in customers’ orders via website ,mail and phone

• Arranging collections

• Assisting Internal customers with copy documents and any information as requested

• Dealing with all customer queries over the phone and email

• Directing all overflow calls and reception cover

• Keying orders into in house system

Skills and Experience:

• Customer service experience

• Accurate and fast data entry skills, confident with IT

• Ability to deal with difficult customer

• Highly organised and able to work under pressure

• Pro-active able to work in a team and on your own initiative
