Our client a rapidly growing business within the local area, are currently seeking a driven and ambitious Customer Service Executive to join their busy team. The role has masses of room for progression therefore would suit someone who is seeking a position where hard work and passion lead to climbing the career ladder.

Role responsibilities:

• Being the main point of contact for all customers via telephone, email and webchat

• Order processing and keeping customers up to date on deliveries

• Regular liaison with various other internal departments of the business

• Diary management for the home visit team

• Dealing with customer follow up’s post home visits

• Liaising with various external suppliers

• Updating the website including adding new products and amending information on existing products

• Order management including ensuring there is a low level of unresolved orders and regularly speaking with warehouse and reporting any stock issues to the relevant member of staff

• Duties of supporting various other teams will slowly be introduced for candidates who show capability and willingness to grow within the position

Person requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year customer service experience is essential

• Proficient user of Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft Office programs

• A clear passion and determination to grow and succeed

• Able to work effectively in a fast paced environment

• Confident and clear communicator both written and verbal

• Strong grammatical skills are a must

• A European language would be beneficial particularly French, German or Spanish
