HR and Office Coordinator

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly expanding business who have just secured some large contracts of new business which means they need someone to support them with HR, Recruitment and Office Support on a permanent basis.

This is a brand new role in the business so this is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to make the position their own!

HR and Recruitment duties:

- Liaising with Recruitment agencies

- Shortlisting CVs/candidates

- Loading new jobs on to the company website, Social Media and advertising portals

- Collating staff timesheets (sending out to outsourced payroll provider)

- Managing the HR database

- Sending out offer letters and employment contracts

- Sitting in on meetings and taking notes

- Leading 1st stage interview process, shortlisting candidates for 2nd stage technical interviews (held by line managers)

Office Support duties:

- Supporting the Directors of the business with;

o Organising travel and accommodation

o Attending meetings and note taking

- General office admin duties

The Directors are quite self-sufficient so it is unlikely you will be required to answer emails on their behalf or coordinate their diaries. However, as the business grows they are looking for someone who can take on more of their administrative tasks, to free up their time enabling them to focus on the strategic success of their divisions.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who has recruitment experience and is looking for more of an Office Coordinator type role. The salary on offer is very competitive and the client are open to inviting candidates to apply who are looking for part-time work. This could be a full-time or part-time role for the right person.

There is free car parking available on site and they are based in Central Windsor which is a fantastic town to work in.
