Highly professional client based in London requires an exepereince EA to provide support to CEO and EVP.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Diary and email management flagging priorities

• Client liaison and interaction

• Candidate management scheduling interviews and travel

• Complex travel arrangements

• Being the face of company, in person and on the phone

• Reading and editing anything that goes out to clients and candidates

• Project management of our attendance and materials for global conferences

• Produce management reports

• Using our Candidate database

• Ad hoc HR and office admin

What we need from you

• Proven success in a similar high level EA role, ideally from a professional services

• Proactive, enthusiastic, flexible and willing to help

• Communication and interpersonal skills are key - we need someone with superb written and spoken English. Someone who knows grammar, spelling and punctuation and wants it to be right!

• Poised, friendly and professional

• Attention to detail, punctual and structured

• A whizz technically!

• If you can speak another language that would be great
