Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager or Senior Brand Manager to join a leading and rapidly expanding FMCG organisation based in Slough.

This is a newly created role for a Communications Manager to report directly into the Head of Marketing and manage two Marketing Assistants.

You will have responsibility for developing the annual marketing strategy to meet agreed company objectives and growth targets.

Key responsibilities include:

- Overall responsibility for the company brand and the way it is received within the industry

- Develop and implement the marketing plan, including CRM and lead generation

- Manage the product guide, price list and promotional materials

- Manage the seasonal product guides

- Manage the NPD process, creating sales aides, samples and briefing the sales team

- Assisting with promotional events

- Develop PR opportunities, write press releases and drive PR to new products and events

- Manage two marketing assistants with the development of the website and online traffic and CRM campaigns

- Keep abreast of competition and monitor and analyse market trends

Key requirements:

- 4-6 years of marketing experience

- CIM qualified would be advantageous

- Previous experience of managing a team member

- Strong experience with an all-round marketing role
