My client are currently seeking an additional member to their Sales Administration team due to growth within the business. The role requires 5* customer service at all times as you will be liaising B2B on a daily basis. A bubbly and hardworking personality is key within this role as full training will be given to the successful candidate.

Role responsibilities:

• Producing accurate quotations

• Processing high volume customer orders

• Arranging couriers for deliveries

• Raising invoices

• Providing support for Field Sales Managers

• Ad hoc support to all other areas of the business including warehouse if need be

The successful candidate will:

• Be proficient with MS Office applications

• Have previous experience working in a fast paced environment

• Be highly articulate and have all round strong communication skills

• Be a real `do-er’ and have exceptional team spirit!

• An interest in finance or previous background in finance would be ideal
