Our client are currently seeking an Office Administrator to assist the team with the day to day customer liaison as well as general office assistance. The ideal candidate will be driven and team orientated as this is a real support focused position.

Role responsibilities:

• Customer liaison via telephone and email

• Liaising with various external parties on a regular basis

• Producing quotations

• Updating the system

• General filing and scanning

• Assisting other members with administrative tasks as and when required

Person specification:

• Strong and clear communication skills both written and verbal

• Strong IT skills including Word and Excel

• Able to work in pressured environments

• Able to prioritise own work load
