Fabulous opportunity to join a leading business based in Uxbridge as an Assistant Facilities /Office Manager. This role will assist the Facilities Office Manager with the support for the office facilities and project work.
This is a multi-site role so it would be beneficial if you are a driver with your own transport but this is not essential as the sites are easily accessible by public transport. Your base with be at their Uxbridge Head Office.
•Security - liaising with the Security team and issuing passes
•Monitoring cleaning and bin store issues
•Monitoring faults with lighting
•Liaising with building manager on issues relating to fire evacuations, fire risk assessments, signage and security
•Liaising with Landlord agents in relation to air conditioning, faults with security entry system
•Arranging electricians, plumbers and builders
•Planning any office moves/changes with external suppliers
•Working with the Director of Finance to review annual budgets
•Managing the admin team to organize sickness and holiday cover
•Monitoring the secure destruction of bins
•Checking and authorization of invoices
•Health and safety, new staff inductions
This would suit someone with previous experience in a similar level role, possibly they are IOSH qualified, or if someone is looking to gain their IOSH then the company would assist in gaining this qualification.
