Customer Service / Front of House

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves building relationships and working in a busy reception area. Our fabulous client is ideally looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

Job duties:
•Handling day to day front of house duties
•Performing reception duties, answering the switchboard, dealing with enquiries including sales queries
•Prepare meeting rooms and some diary management
•Filing data, updating the internal database
•Communicating and liaising with customers, clients and suppliers
•Keeping the reception area tidy
•Carrying out some Health and Safety and other building checks
•Some administrative duties such as purchase orders, and world processing
•Contributing towards sales and marketing activities

Requirements:
•An understanding of delivering a first class service
•Front of House or customer facing experience
•Ideally some experience in reception
•You must have excellent communication skills
•You must be proactive, hands-on and happy to get stuck in with any task

This is a full time role and you will be required to work on a shift pattern between 8am to 5pm and 9am to 6pm. The annual salary is between £19,000 to £21,000 per annum. Our client is based in central Slough, very close to transport links and also have parking onsite.
