Customer Experience Executive
Location: Greenford
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum + £2,000 yearly bonus

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Do you have experience in customer service or client support roles? If so, we have an exciting opportunity with a fantastic manufacturing business based in Greenford.

Joining this dynamic team, you'll provide vital support to our key account managers, assisting with various customer support functions. This role offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of customer accounts, further develop relationships, and contribute to the success of our family-owned business.

Key Details:

- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
- Hybrid working pattern available after probation
- Generous holiday allowance starting at 22 days and increasing after a year
- Parking available

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage incoming orders and enquiries efficiently and accurately.
- Provide customers with product availability information and pricing quotations.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and address any delivery-related issues.
- Generate and process invoices.
- Handle sample requests and provide guidance on artwork requests.
- Liaise effectively with warehouse, sales, and despatch departments.
- Perform various supporting administrative tasks.

Experience Required:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Familiarity with Google Docs or Google Sheets is advantageous.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Highly organised with excellent efficiency.
- Effective listening skills.
