Senior Contracts and Service Coordinator
Location: Uxbridge

As the Senior Contracts and Service Coordinator, you'll lead a team of 8 Administrators, driving excellence and efficiency in service delivery. Role Responsibilities:

- Manage the daily workflow of the team, including training and development
- Drive and monitor the service order process, ensuring timely completion
- Review team KPIs to maintain performance standards
- Liaise with customers to assess needs and take appropriate action
- Generate monthly customer reports to track service performance
- Support, train, and upskill team members to enhance service delivery
- Respond to service inbox emails within agreed SLAs
- Prepare quotes and process worksheets accurately
- Manage stock adjustments and create contracts for Service Agreements
- Maintain a customer-oriented approach and uphold company standards

Candidate Requirements:

- Strong background in customer service, ideally in a similar role
- Effective leadership skills to guide and motivate the team
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
- Experience with SAP (advantageous)
