Telesales Executive
Location: Uxbridge
Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 per annum + attractive bonus structure
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

We are working with a niche FMCG food business whose mission is to offer organic, sustainably sourced, and delicious food options while educating consumers about the importance of making eco-conscious choices.
As part of their expansion, they are seeking two enthusiastic Telesales Executives to join their dynamic team. While previous sales experience is advantageous, comprehensive training will be provided to help you excel in this role. If you have a particular passion for veganism, health and wellbeing, or food in general, this could be an exciting opportunity for you to combine your interests with your career.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients within a leads database of over 4000 companies.
• Identify and engage with key decision-makers to promote the company's product offerings.
• Consultatively sell products, addressing customer needs and concerns effectively.
• Assist with pricing inquiries in collaboration with the Managing Director.
• Plan and execute sales campaigns, including arranging and conducting online meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Requirements:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for organic, sustainable, and healthy food products.
• Clear and articulate verbal communication skills.
