Customer Service Executive
Location: Staines-upon-Thames
Salary: £30,000 – £34,000
Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid working – 3 days office, 2 days home)

Working as part of a collaborative and high-performing team, you’ll act as the key contact for your assigned customer portfolio – ensuring timely, accurate order processing and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing the full order-to-cash (OTC) process with accuracy and efficiency
• Acting as the key point of contact for your customers, handling queries with professionalism and care
• Processing and managing sales orders, including delivery scheduling and logistics coordination
• Proactively resolving delivery or material availability issues before they impact the customer
• Monitoring order status and ensuring timely and accurate shipments
• Maintaining compliance for export orders and supporting correct documentation
• Building long-term relationships with international clients to understand their needs
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Logistics, Planning, Supply Chain and Finance
• Working with Finance to support accurate rebates and assist in credit control where necessary
• Logging and managing customer complaints and return processes
• Contributing ideas for continuous improvement of service and processes
What We’re Looking For:
• 2–4 years’ experience in a similar B2B or international customer service role (essential)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• High attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Solid IT skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience using ERP or order processing systems (desirable)
• Additional language skills are a bonus but not required
