Customer Service Executive (Hybrid Working – 3 Days Office-Based, 2 Days Home-Based)
Location: Staines-upon-Thames
Salary: £30,000 – £34,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Customer Service Executive who thrives in a B2B environment? Do you enjoy managing key customer relationships and ensuring seamless end-to-end service delivery? Key Responsibilities:

• Own the full Order to Cash (OTC) process for your assigned customer portfolio.
• Act as the main point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Manage and track orders through to delivery, ensuring service excellence at every stage.
• Identify and resolve potential delays due to supply chain or transport issues.
• Collaborate with teams across Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance to optimise the customer experience.
• Build strong relationships with customers, anticipating their needs and expectations.
• Support accurate cash collection and rebate management with finance partners.
• Suggest process improvements and support ongoing service efficiency initiatives.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints, ensuring prompt follow-up and satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–4 years of customer service experience within a B2B or international environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• A second language is a bonus, but not essential.
