Customer Experience Executive
Location: Greenford
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 + £2,000 Yearly Bonus
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (Hybrid working offered after probation)

We’re working with a thriving, family-owned manufacturing business in Greenford that’s looking for a Customer Experience Executive to support their team of busy Key Account Managers. In this role, you’ll act as a key liaison between customers and the wider business, taking ownership of key support functions and playing a vital part in maintaining excellent relationships.
The Role: This is a varied position where no two days are the same. You'll be trusted to help manage a portfolio of existing accounts, respond quickly to customer enquiries, and ensure the smooth processing of orders from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling and processing incoming orders and customer enquiries
• Quoting prices and advising on product and stock availability
• Providing estimated delivery dates and resolving logistics issues
• Issuing and managing invoices and order documentation
• Coordinating sample and artwork requests
• Completing and sending order notifications
• Liaising daily with internal departments – sales, warehouse, and despatch
• Supporting Key Account Managers with all related admin
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer support or sales admin role
• Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
• Experience using CRM systems
• Comfortable working across Google Docs and Google Sheets
• Highly organised and efficient with great attention to detail
• Strong listening skills and a collaborative approach
