HR Administrator
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
Location: Uxbridge
Hybrid working: 3 days in office / 2 days from home
We’re looking for an experienced HR professional to support a busy and fast-paced People & Culture function.
As HR Administrator, you’ll be an essential player in recruitment coordination, onboarding, HR systems, and general day-to-day admin, working across the full employee lifecycle.
This is a highly collaborative HR Administrator role suited to someone who loves variety and takes pride in creating smooth and positive employee experience.
The successful candidate MUST be CIPD Level 3 qualified and have experience working with ATS tracking systems.
This position is offered on a hybrid working basis as well as having some amazing benefits- training allowance, employee assistance program and birthday off.
Day-to-day you’ll be:
• Coordinating recruitment campaigns from brief to offer
• Managing job ads, pre-employment checks and onboarding documentation
• Administering employee changes, absences, leavers and benefits
• Maintaining HRIS records and generating reports for compliance and payroll
• Supporting managers with probation, induction, and training coordination
• Handling general HR admin including policies, minutes, templates, and trackers
• Involvement with up coming projects
What you’ll need:
• Experience in a generalist HR, People or Recruitment role
• A CIPD Level 3 qualification (essential); Level 5 desirable
• Comfortable using ATS/HR systems (e.g. Breathe, PeopleHR) and Microsoft tools
• A structured, proactive approach with excellent attention to detail
• Confidence working with sensitive data and a high level of discretion
• Strong communication skills and a naturally supportive nature
• Able to adapt to shifting priorities in a busy team environment
