Salary: £30,000 – £32,000

Our client is expanding their HVAC division and is now looking for a confident Repairs Coordinator to support with scheduling, communication and compliance. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with coordination experience, ideally within gas, plumbing or facilities, who enjoys a busy day and takes pride in getting things done.
The Repairs Coordinator Role:
• Schedule and coordinate gas servicing appointments within tight timeframes
• Liaise daily with engineers, clients, managers and contractors to keep things moving
• Maintain up-to-date records, documentation and compliance certificates
• Track deadlines and ensure nothing is missed
• Provide outstanding customer service and problem-solving support
Ideal Experience:
• Previous experience coordinating engineers, trades or repairs teams
• Familiarity with gas servicing, plumbing or building maintenance a bonus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational skills – calm under pressure and thrives in a busy team
• Confident using Excel, Outlook and general office systems
• A proactive, positive and flexible approach to day-to-day challenges
