Supply Chain Administrator
Location: Langley, Berkshire (on-site)
Salary: Circa £30,000
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday

This Supply Chain Administrator role sits at the heart of a busy logistics and purchasing function, supporting the smooth flow of stock from global suppliers through to final delivery.
Working closely with the Logistics & Purchasing Manager, you’ll be managing the full lifecycle of purchase orders – from activation through to goods-in – as well as tracking delivery progress, liaising with couriers, and keeping the system data bang up to date. If you're confident with suppliers, enjoy structured admin work, and thrive in a fast-moving environment, this could be a great match.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage all active purchase orders through to delivery
• Liaise with UK and international suppliers to confirm delivery schedules
• Update and maintain purchase data within the ERP system (EFACS)
• Track inbound courier deliveries and raise any red flags promptly
• Match delivery paperwork and log goods received
• Investigate shortages, delivery discrepancies and invoice mismatches
• Generate and update supply chain status reports for internal teams
• Maintain tidy and complete records of all delivery-related documents
• Support wider logistics and stock control processes including stocktakes
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience within a supply chain, purchasing, stock control, or logistics admin role
• Strong Excel and Word skills, with a structured approach to admin
• Clear and confident communicator on phone and email
• Able to stay calm and focused when juggling multiple priorities
• Accuracy and persistence when following up suppliers or chasing ETAs
It Would Be a Bonus If You Have:
• Worked within a manufacturing or production-led business
• Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g. EFACS, SAP)
• Dealt with international freight or overseas supplier coordination
• Intermediate Excel – comfortable using filters, lookups or pivot tables
