Seeking a Superstar Sales and Purchasing Administrator to join a Design, Manufacturing and Supply Specialist. Our client is a well-established business and a national leader in their industry with movement now across international waters. Working closely with many household named clients this is a rare opportunity to join their UK team. Your core responsibility is to carry out day to day administrative duties and support the needs of the business as well as supporting the Managing Director.

To be successful in this role you will be responsible for:

• Answering telephones and dealing with queries

• Managing sales emails accordingly

• Supporting the Managing Director

• Processing sales Orders received

• Raising purchase orders and finding best prices for goods

• Raising quotes from Managing Director

• Progressing sales and purchasing orders

• Providing an efficient, friendly and professional service to all clients and colleagues

• Undertaking any ad hoc duties

The principle skills and attributes you will possess:

• Good aptitude for computer systems and experience of general MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Powerpoint

• Some knowledge of Social Media will be advantageous

• Ability to manage and prioritise workload

• Create and maintain productive working relationships with colleagues and clients

• Excellent communication skills with attention to detail

• An understanding of cost and selling prices incurring profit is an advantage

• Organised and able to work on own initiative
