  • Your consultant can also assist on legal matters such as working time regulations, Inland Revenue legislation, SSP, SMP and Statutory Holiday Pay

CV review

  • An experianced consultant will source individuals through our active database of diverse high calibre candidates as well as using various UK job boards, providing you with free advertising
  • All candidates are fully interviewed and tested before submission to you

Arrange interview

  • Our consultants will gladly liaise with the candidates and yourself to handle all the interview coordination and arrangements
  • We will ensure our candidates are fully briefed in regards to your company location, point of contact, time and date and document requirements

Feedback

  • Your consultant will provide you feedback from candidates and update you with their interest in your company and the role
  • Candidate feedback will be passed on your behalf at your discretion

Job placement

  • Your consultant will manage the arrangements for informing candidates on whether they were successful at the interview, arranging further interview schedules and the coordination of job offers
