We have a fantastic company locally looking for a Customer service Administrator to start yesterday IN THE OFFICE!
Would you be free to start this week?
This role would be in the office ideally Monday – Friday but during the peak hours of 10am-2pm. There is room for a little more hours if needed, but minimum would be this.
The right candidate will be doing:
- Emailing orders on the system
- Processing orders
- Taking phone calls during the busy periods
- Covering the desks for the team if they are in meeting
- The first point of contact to the business
- Customer service support
- Hit the ground running
- Transferring calls
- Happy to work alone but also great within the team
You must have customer service experience and be good on the phones with people.
There is a System launch within the company so they need an extra pair of hands for the other extra admin work to help assist the team. This role is on-going!
There is parking onsite, with a lovely team with a nice kitchen and can have you there until at least the end of May.
