We’re working with a brilliant local business in Uxbridge that genuinely values its people. They’re now looking for a Temporary Customer Service Administrator to support their operations team. If you’ve got around a year of admin or office-based customer service experience, this could be a great next step—especially if you’re between roles or keen to gain experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Your Day-to-Day Duties Will Include:
• Handling inbound calls and replying to customer emails
• Raising quotes and processing customer orders
• Logging returns and updating the CRM system
• Monitoring stock levels and ensuring system accuracy
• Creating reports and helping the team stay organised
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous admin or office-based customer service experience (min. 6–12 months)
• Confident and clear communicator with a helpful attitude
• Organised, with a good eye for detail and accurate data entry
• Calm under pressure and good at juggling multiple tasks
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software would be a bonus
