People Partner
Location: Uxbridge (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Up to £40,000 plus Bonus

A fantastic new opportunity has opened up with a thriving local business that’s experiencing rapid growth! This is a newly created People Partner position working closely with the HR Manager to provide full support across recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, and HR administration.

This is a role for someone who enjoys variety and ownership, and who can hit the ground running with generalist HR responsibilities, while also helping to drive recruitment campaigns from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, screening, interviewing and offers
– Prepare and issue all onboarding documentation including contracts and right-to-work checks
– Support employee training, development and engagement activities
– Provide first-line HR advice on performance, conduct, and wellbeing
– Assist with employee lifecycle admin including starters, leavers and changes
– Coordinate payroll inputs such as absences, holidays, and variable pay data
– Manage all HMRC-related documentation including P11Ds
– Maintain accurate records and ensure ongoing compliance
– Contribute to health and safety administration and best practice

About You:

– Previous experience in a fast-paced HR or recruitment role (2+ years)
– Comfortable handling onboarding, contracts, and compliance independently
– Personable, organised and highly discreet
– Strong verbal and written communication skills
– Confident working with stakeholders across all levels
– Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
– HR qualification (e.g. CIPD) is helpful but not essential
