Job Title: Facilities Manager
Area: Greenford
Salary: Up to £50,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 08.00-16.00 or 19.00-17.00
Overview:
A successful manufacturing and distributing company based in Greenford are currently looking for a very Health & Safety, NEBOSH qualified, compliance savvy Facilities Manager to join their team.
This is a business who keeps their customer at the heart of everything they do as shown by their online ratings.
Within this role you will be charged with managing the physical site as well as the security, IT systems and the Health and Safety.
Working as key member of the Management Team, your involvement within audits will be relied upon.
Duties of the Facilities Manager:
• Managing utility contracts
• Monitor the general site conditions
• Be the first point of contact for all Health & Safety matters
• Manage all improvement projects within maintenance, IT, Security etc
• Get involved with some light maintenance
Requirements:
• Comfortable taking responsibility
• Hold a proactive management style
• Have experience dealing with utility suppliers and contractors
• Ideally you will be NEBOSH Qualified
• Excellent team player and works well with the other departments
