As a Painter and Decorator, you'll play a crucial role in our Painting and Decorating team, contributing to ongoing projects and ensuring the highest standards of workmanship are maintained at all times. Key Responsibilities:
• Work collaboratively within the Painting & Decorating team, supporting projects and delivering quality workmanship.
• Manage contractors on-site and provide support for ongoing maintenance tasks.
• Assist the operations team as needed, raising orders and adhering to budgetary constraints.
• Conduct regular inspections of work to ensure quality standards are met, performing any necessary repair work.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and effective communication to address any issues that arise.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Painter and Decorator, with relevant qualifications.
• Willingness to work some weekends to support project deadlines.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and Electricity to Work regulations preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
