We are searching for a visionary IT Manager who is ready to propel our technological landscape to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Vision: Define objectives and craft a robust IT roadmap to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Collaborative Leadership: Partner closely with the FD and other departments to establish best practices and workflows.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor the IT Coordinator, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Strategic Planning: Assist in evaluating IT investments and identifying growth opportunities to enhance business operations.
- Data Security: Ensure the integrity and security of our data, network access, and backup systems remain at the forefront.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the management of IT systems, including servers, PCs, hardware, and software.
- User Support: Provide end-user services, including help desk and technical support, to ensure seamless operations.
- Crisis Management: Act as a pivotal escalation point for resolving complex technical hardware or software issues.
- Compliance: Maintain a deep understanding of data privacy practices and laws to ensure regulatory compliance.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Proven Leadership: Demonstrated working experience as an IT Manager or equivalent role, showcasing leadership and vision.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong knowledge and practical experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS.
- Infrastructure Design: Track record in designing and deploying IT infrastructure & applications to meet business needs.
- Strategic Alignment: Ability to align high-level strategic objectives with day-to-day IT projects and initiatives.
- Financial Acumen: Experience in managing budgets and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business success.
