Vehicle Technical Advisor

Hybrid – 3 days office, 2 days WFH
Our client, a reputable company based in the Uxbridge area, is currently seeking a dedicated Vehicle Technical Advisor to join their dynamic Technical Support Team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with previous experience in vehicle diagnostics who are eager to transition into an office-based role while utilising their technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer queries promptly or escalate to the appropriate department.
- Ensuring adherence to SLAs and driving continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.
- Investigate and address root causes of issues, delivering satisfactory resolutions for customers and third-party installers.
- Handle inbound/outbound calls , utilising a Salesforce case management system to record and maintain accurate records.
- Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders, including third-party installer channels.
- Cultivate and nurture professional relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty in their brand.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a 1st line technical customer support role, ideally within the automotive or telematics industry.
- Self-motivated with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organisational abilities coupled with a "Can-Do" attitude and adaptability to change.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and delivering under pressure.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of vehicle telematics concepts and experience with problem-solving in a technical environment.
