Part-Time Receptionist
Hayes
11 hours per week (with overtime available)
£11.44 - £12.44 per hour

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Part-Time Receptionist to join our clients friendly team based in Hayes. This role is perfect for a local candidate with previous receptionist experience in the health and wellbeing industry, seeking part-time hours.

About the Role:
As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of their front desk.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing Communications: Handling incoming and outgoing calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency.
• Administrative Tasks: Billing and maintaining records, writing referral letters, and creating invoices.
• Stock Management: Keeping track of inventory levels and placing orders as needed.
• Marketing Support: Contributing to marketing content to promote our services.
• Facilities Management: Setting up treatment rooms and maintaining a tidy and presentable reception area.
• Daily Operations: General tidying up at the end of each day to ensure cleanliness and organisation.

Working Hours:
Wednesday: 13:30 - 18:30
Thursday: 14:00 - 20:00

The ideal Candidate - we are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
• Relevant Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the health and wellbeing industry.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliability: Ability to commit to working hours with some flexibility to cover holidays and other events.
• Personality: Highly personable with strong relationship-building skills.
• IT Skills: Proficient in IT, with experience using Outlook calendar or booking systems.
