Factory Labourer with Driving Responsibilities

Our client, a family-owned business in Hayes, is currently seeking a versatile and hands-on Factory Labourer who will also handle driving duties. A valid driving licence is essential for this role, with up to 3 points considered. Physical fitness is also a must as the role involves lifting boxes and parts. Key Responsibilities:
- Packing products and managing stock
- Hand finishing metal work
- Picking and packing products
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the factory floor
- Operating a Forklift (Forklift licence holders highly desirable)
In addition to labouring duties, the successful candidate will serve as a backup driver. They'll occasionally step in to assist with parts delivery, driving a small van with drops to locations including Oxford, Bristol, and local areas.
Hours are Monday to Thursday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with a 3:00 pm finish on Fridays. Overtime opportunities are available on Saturdays at time and a half.
