Customer Service Executive
Location: Uxbridge
Salary: £26,000 plus bonus

Are you dedicated to providing exceptional service to customers? Do you thrive in resolving customer issues, especially in the realm of technical products?

Our client, a friendly and close-knit tech products organization, is expanding its customer service team and seeking two enthusiastic individuals to join. These roles offer hybrid working, with 3 days in the office, free parking, Friday socials, and 24 days of annual leave.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end order processing using MS Dynamics.
• Coordinate with couriers and shipping companies to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
• Monitor product arrivals to provide accurate ETAs to customers.
• Investigate and manage product delays, ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Problem-solving skills are essential, especially in investigating delays and providing basic technical advice.
• Strong written communication skills for composing emails.
• Experience in managing RMA processes.
• Previous customer service resolution experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Common sense, a great listener, and adept at problem-solving.
• Technical mindset.
