Inside Sales Executive

Based in Bracknell
Salary; basic £28,000- £32,000 plus Commission and Bonus
Must be a driver with own transport.

Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. Providing a consultative/solution-based sale, ensuring clients’ needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed inside sales targets.
- Provide personalised solutions to meet client needs and goals.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to generate new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with field sales colleagues to optimise customer visits.
- Stay updated on products and solutions to serve as a credible brand representative.
- Maximise outbound call campaigns to reach potential clients.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide market feedback to relevant departments.
- Oversee the sales process from order.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, and a passion for hitting targets.
- Strong knowledge of the sales process
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
