Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Location: Uxbridge (4 days in the heart of Uxbridge Town Centre and WFH Friday)
Salary: Up to £26,000 (dependent on experience) with uncapped earning potential
Hours: 9am – 5.30pm

Role Overview:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will work closely with 2 Senior Consultants, assisting in day-to-day tasks such as searching for great candidates, answering the phone, and managing walk-ins. This role is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic, enjoys interacting with people, and is looking to build a rewarding career in recruitment. On-the-job training will be provided, allowing you to develop into a frontline individual capable of running your own desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and engage with potential candidates through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to match them with suitable roles.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate screenings, and offer negotiations.
- Attend client meetings and understand their recruitment needs.
- Assist Senior Consultants with day-to-day tasks such as answering phone calls and managing walk-ins.
- Achieve and exceed targets through proactive business development and networking.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain regular communication with clients and candidates.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Hungry to succeed with a strong desire to make money and build a career.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated and persistent with a “doesn't give up” mentality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Confident and assertive, comfortable pushing back when necessary.

- A real people person, happy to start from the beginning and develop into a frontline role.
- Previous sales experience or a keen interest in sales is advantageous but not essential.
- A driver with your own car.
