Account Executive/Manager
Location: Farnham
Salary: £26,000 - £36,000 (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Permanent
Are you an enthusiastic, commercially driven individual with a passion for immersive entertainment? We are representing a bespoke specialist in the immersive gaming industry, currently seeking a proactive Account Executive/Manager to join their expanding global team.
About the Role: You will have the opportunity to work directly with the Founder and senior team, managing and nurturing existing and new partner/client relationships. This is an exciting role for someone who is ready to grow their career within a rapidly expanding business, with opportunities to travel and attend events, developing long-term partnerships in the immersive gaming sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate deals between publishers and distribution partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with international partners.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, and shipping terms.
- Attend 4-6 trade shows per year (UK & globally) alongside the Marketing team to generate new leads and meet with partners.
- Update and maintain accurate sales records and reports.
- Drive sales through emails, calls, and meetings.
- Collaborate with other sales staff to achieve targets and objectives.
- Support the sales team with additional duties as needed.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 18 months of experience in B2B sales, account management, or procurement.
- Enthusiasm for immersive gaming.
- Strong interpersonal and social skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in IT tools: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and strong Excel skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for work.
- Knowledge of French, German, Spanish, or Italian is advantageous.
