Your Role Will Include:

- Performing formal and informal needs assessments to recommend suitable products and services.
- Developing strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive repeat business.
- Handling incoming sales calls and identifying opportunities for upselling.
- Managing key client accounts, ensuring all needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Creating and managing targeted mailers to drive engagement.
- Following up sample requests and customer enquiries.
- Preparing and attending client meetings, exhibitions, and trade shows across the UK.
- Operating the Live Chat system and responding to customer enquiries promptly.
- Providing regular reports on customer activity and sales performance.

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience in new business sales and account management.
- A consultative, non-pushy approach to sales.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel to client sites and exhibitions as needed.
- A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential).
