Temporary Office Coordinator
Location: Uxbridge
Hourly Rate: £14.00 per hour
Are you looking for a new challenge where no two days are the same? We’re working with a brilliant local business in Uxbridge who need a Temporary Office Coordinator to support their busy team. This role is varied, fast-paced, and ideal for someone with office admin experience who enjoys being the go-to person for all things coordination!
You'll be supporting the Office Manager directly and will get involved in everything from hotel bookings to fire safety checks, so if you thrive on being organised and keeping things running smoothly, read on.
What you’ll be doing:
– Coordinating vehicle servicing, MOTs, and general maintenance
– Issuing and tracking employee PPE and uniform
– Ordering and managing office supplies and stationery
– Handling hotel bookings and meeting room arrangements
– Performing fire alarm checks and keeping fire safety equipment monitored
– Logging driving licence checks twice per year
– Welcoming visitors and covering reception duties
– Supporting health & safety compliance in the workplace
– Providing general administrative support as needed
What we’re looking for:
– Confident multitasker who stays calm under pressure
– Minimum of 2 years' office admin experience
– Strong working knowledge of MS Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
– Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
– A team player who’s happy to muck in wherever needed
This Temporary Office Coordinator role would be ideal for someone with a background in admin, facilities, HR coordination or team support who’s available immediately for a temporary position. Based in Uxbridge with excellent transport links.
