Business Support Coordinator
Location: Windsor, Berkshire
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000

Working as part of a critical business support function, you’ll be responsible for coordinating tasks across service delivery, admin, and customer communication. Key responsibilities:
• Act as a key contact for allocated customers and support teams
• Log and process jobs via email and CRM systems
• Update internal databases with accuracy and attention to detail
• Monitor inboxes and respond to queries within agreed timescales
• Provide regular reports and updates to managers
• Flag any issues or delays to the line manager in a timely manner
• Assist with wider team support and project admin as required
What we’re looking for:
• Some previous experience in a commercial or administrative role (office, customer service, reception etc.)
• Good attention to detail and strong data entry skills
• Confident communicator with a helpful, solutions-focused approach
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other business systems
• Eager to learn and keen to contribute to a growing business
