Customer Service Supervisor

Hours: 35 hours per week

The Role:
• Supervise and support a small team of Customer Service Advisors
• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, building strong client relationships
• Ensure the accurate and timely processing of sales and purchase orders
• Handle escalated queries around credit, pricing, or delivery
• Collaborate closely with operations and supply chain teams
• Identify and implement improvements to service, process, and systems
• Support ad hoc operational and customer projects as required
About You:
• Proven background in a fast-moving customer service role
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Confident using Excel and ERP systems
• Calm under pressure and enjoys working collaboratively
