Marketing Support Executive

Location: Windsor, Berkshire (Hybrid working)
Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 + annual bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (37 hours per week)
We’re recruiting for a Marketing Support Executive to join a friendly and well-established local employer in Windsor. If you love being organised, thrive on variety, and enjoy helping things run smoothly behind the scenes – this is the role for you!
Working closely with the marketing and sales team, your role will focus on supporting day-to-day activity, from managing promotional items to keeping key admin tasks on track. It’s a role that blends coordination, admin, reporting, and communication – all while working with a team that values your input.

What you’ll be doing:
• Tracking and collating team and customer feedback
• Producing weekly reports for management and internal teams
• Scheduling team meetings and supporting with presentation prep
• Assisting with internal recruitment coordination
• Monitoring and recording expense submissions
• Ensuring accurate records are kept and systems updated
• Supporting with promotional and sample stock distribution
What we’re looking for:
• Minimum of A-levels or equivalent; a degree in Business or Marketing is a plus
• 1+ year’s experience in an admin, marketing or sales support role
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Strong MS Office skills (especially Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Highly organised with good written and verbal communication
