Customer Service Executive
Location: Uxbridge

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming enquiries from assigned client accounts
• Maintaining and updating accurate customer records
• Resolving product queries with confidence and professionalism
• Supporting the Marketing team with campaign activity
• Greeting visitors and directing calls to the right team
• Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
• Carrying out stock and inventory checks
• Preparing sales invoices and processing credit notes
• Supporting with general administrative tasks as needed

What You’ll Need:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Intermediate MS Excel skills
• Sage experience is a bonus, but not essential
• Organised, proactive and calm under pressure
• A team player with a strong sense of initiative
