Customer Experience Executive
Location: Greenford
Salary: £25,000 – £26,000 + £2,000 annual bonus

You’ll be supporting a team of Key Account Managers and acting as a vital point of contact for long-standing customers. If you’ve got strong communication skills, enjoy variety, and love seeing things through from start to finish — this could be the role for you.

What you’ll be doing:
• Processing incoming customer orders and handling product enquiries
• Advising on stock levels, pricing, and availability
• Managing delivery timelines and solving any related queries
• Generating invoices and processing sample requests
• Providing guidance on artwork and packaging requests
• Collaborating with internal teams across warehouse, dispatch, and sales
• Taking full ownership of supporting admin
What we’re looking for:
• 2+ years’ experience in customer service, client support, or retail
• Great written and spoken communication
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Familiarity with CRM systems (any platform)
• Bonus if you’ve used Google Docs or Sheets
• A team player with a proactive, can-do approach
