Service Desk Administrator
Location: Uxbridge (Hybrid working available after probation)

Are you an experienced office administrator or customer service professional who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy being the central point of contact and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes?

Working within the Customer Care team, you will play a key role in coordinating engineer activity and ensuring customers receive a first-class service from initial contact through to completion.
This position would suit someone with previous experience supporting field-based engineers or working within a service or maintenance environment, although strong office-based customer service experience is equally valuable.
The Role: As Service Desk Administrator, you will be responsible for managing incoming service requests, updating systems accurately and ensuring all communication with customers and engineers is clear and professional.
Your duties will include:
• Responding to emails received into the shared service inbox
• Logging service calls and arranging engineer attendance
• Producing customer quotations
• Creating and issuing service contracts
• Closing completed service reports accurately
• Managing product returns and processing adjustments
• Updating stock records where required
• Maintaining accurate data across internal systems
About You:
• Strong customer service skills with a confident and professional telephone manner
• Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail
• Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise in a busy environment
• Comfortable working within a service or operations team
• Experience using Salesforce and strong Excel skills would be advantageous
• Able to remain calm and solution-focused when handling queries
