Senior Client Relationship Manager
Salary: £45,000 – £52,000 + generous bonus
Location: Ruislip, Middlesex
Our client, a well-established and growing marketing-led organisation, is seeking a Senior Client Relationship Manager to join their team in a key, growth-focused role. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded professional who enjoys developing long-term partnerships and driving organic growth across existing accounts rather than focusing on new business.
Working within a collaborative environment, the successful candidate will take ownership of key client relationships, supported by a wider team, allowing a strong focus on strategic development and commercial growth.
The role:
This is a senior, highly client-facing position where you will manage a portfolio of established accounts, focusing on deepening relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving long-term commercial value through a consultative approach.
Duties include:
Owning and developing senior client relationships across a portfolio of accounts
Acting as a trusted advisor, building long-term, partnership-led relationships
Driving revenue growth within existing clients through consultative engagement
Identifying opportunities to expand scope, increase spend, and strengthen collaboration
Developing strategic account plans aligned with client objectives
Leading commercial discussions and shaping tailored, value-led solutions
Acting as a senior escalation point for key client issues
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction
Providing guidance and support to junior team members
Experience/skills required:
Proven experience in a senior client relationship, account management, or consultative sales role
Background within FMCG, media, marketing, or related environments
Strong track record of growing existing accounts and increasing revenue
Ability to build credibility and influence at a senior stakeholder level
Commercially astute with a strategic, insight-led approach
Confident communicator with a collaborative and professional style
